On July 21-23, 2023, Shusha Global Media Forum was held on the topic "New Media in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution" with the participation of 150 foreign guests from 50 countries, including state information agencies of 34 countries, 12 international organizations and media organizations, as well as 60 local media leaders and representatives.

Within the framework of the forum, the world's well-known and influential media leaders and experts discussed issues of global relevance in the field of media and information-communication, ideas on many new concepts related to the media and the challenges it contains for the modern media brought by "Industry 4.0", the new development stage of the era were shared and exchanged by the event participants. At the same time, presentations of different international projects, exhibitions, cultural events, trainings for photographers and television journalists were organized for the participants of the three days long Forum. In addition, several cooperation agreements were signed during the Forum.
