Participants of the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum visited the landmarks of Lachin city and toured "HochazFilm" creative studio

Guests and participants of the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum visited the key attractions, ancient historical monuments, and the "Hochazfilm" creative studio in the city of Lachin, was reconstructed and substantially beautified after liberation.

While touring the area, the visitors received comprehensive details about the historical, geographical, and cultural legacy of the newly liberated lands, as well as updates on the reconstruction and restoration projects taking place in Lachin. Subsequently, the group explored the "Hochazfilm" creative studio, a distinctive and versatile artistic initiative in Karabakh. They also had the opportunity to view the replica airplane cabin, the prop helicopter, the scientific laboratory setup, and the three-sided green screen sets that had been set up within the studio's pavilion.

Located in the city of Lachin, the "Hochazfilm" studio—which includes a filming pavilion and two administrative buildings—derives its name from the Hochaz rocks, considered a key symbol of the area. This studio functions as a multifaceted space for creative endeavors, providing a platform for a broad spectrum of initiatives. These initiatives include promoting the Karabakh region through large-scale projects, providing media coverage for cultural and public events held in the region, increasing public knowledge about the reconstruction efforts underway in Lachin, spotlighting the region's national brands and locally-produced goods, facilitating cooperation among cinematographers and creative organizations, and organizing youth-focused summer schools, art workshops, and courses and competitions in areas like filmmaking and crafts.

Following their activities, the forum attendees were taken to Seyrangah and the "Lachin Boulevard," which is situated along the Hakari River. During the visit, they were provided with historical information about Lachin.
