An exhibition of local and foreign photographers featured within the Shusha Global Media Forum

Within the framework of the Shusha Global Media Forum held on July 21-23, the guests and participants got a chance to visit the photo exhibition "Pearls of the history of the Azerbaijani print media". The exhibition displayed copies of printed publications until 1920, that have played an exceptional role in the social and political life of the country, in the promotion of national and universal values, as well as samples of the printed press.

The mission of the exhibition was to share with the participants of Shusha Global Media Forum the rich development path of historical and modern printed publications, information on the authors and founders, including their views, as well as the socio-political and cultural life, national-spirituality of these printed publications. The exhibition also presented materials on the impact on authors on awakening, education and awareness increase of the readers.

The exhibition of famous Russian photographer Sergey Kivrin and local photographers, organized within the framework of the forum, generate a broader interest of the guests. Images from the Patriotic War and territories freed from occupation, national attributes were displayed in the exhibitions.
