One of the parallel events organized within the framework of the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum was dedicated to the topic “Successful Strategies for the Development of the Radio Industry: AI and Emerging Formats”

The event, moderated by Mr. Emin Musavi, Director of ASAN Radio hosted Mr. Esat Çıplak, RIAK Director General, Ms. Tamara Chigogidze, Director and Founder of Radio Fortuna FM 106.9, Mr. Zafar Tursunov, Director of Poytaxt 107.2 FM, and Rustam Aliyev, Founder of Yurd 90.7 FM and Media 105.5 FM, who discussed the development prospects of the radio industry, the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into broadcasting processes, new content formats, and the challenges facing radio in the context of digital transformation.

During the event, it was noted that the rapid development of digital technologies, while creating new opportunities in the radio industry, demands from broadcasters to adapt to changing audience demands and implement innovative solutions. It was noted that artificial intelligence tools offer significant opportunities in terms of content production, audience analysis and optimization of broadcasting processes.

The discussions also touched upon strengthening the position of radio broadcasters on digital platforms, establishing effective communication mechanisms with a new generation of audiences, introducing innovative content formats, and studying international experiences.
